Partner to Benefit The

We are very excited to announce our Spring WALK-N-TALK SPECIAL OLYMPICS EDITION. SMS Student Council & Ms. Menchan partner to benefit the Aimee Copeland Foundation.  

 

During this activity, students will walk (exercise) and participate in Special Olympics Games while getting the opportunity to develop their social skills with peers and volunteers.

 

We invite ALL students to participate in this fantastic event on Friday, March 30th during Connections

 

Tickets are $5 to participate in the event.  Students may also purchase $1 tickets per game to participate in Games.   Concessions will be sold for $1.00 per item during the event.

8th Grade Career Day

 

8th grade students had an opportunity to visit with a number of professionals from various careers during our annual career day on Thursday.    Students were able to find out more about careers of interest to them and ask questions as they spoke to volunteers from our community.

Comet Academy
 

Snellville Middle School will once again offer Comet Academy, a four-day transition program for our rising 6th graders this summer.  The dates are June 11-14, 201, Monday-Thursday, from 8:30 am-12:30 pm.   Click here for more information.
